Pasta Payasam

Description

Pasta Payasammy mum used to make this…. i tried and it came well 🙂
Ingredients
2 nos Cardamom
Sugar ( as per need)
2 cup Milk
50 g Pasta[can be any variety]
2 tsp Ghee ( for toasting cashews)
1 tbsp Coconut (grated) (dry dessicated can be used)
6 nos Raisins
6 nos Cashew

Instructions

Cook the pasta in boiling water.drain the water when pasta is soft and cooked.  Heat a tawa, add ghee and fry cashews, raisins. Remove and keep aside when it turns golden.  Boil the milk without water and add the drained pasta, cardomon, grated coconut and sugar (as required) into boiling milk.  Stir for a min and switch off.   Add the fried nuts and raisins into payasam.  Yummy pasta payasam is ready….

    Good one Bakya, i also prepare payasam with pasta but with angel’s hair pasta, as they will ressembles quite as our vermicelli…
