Ingredients | |

2 nos | Cardamom |
Sugar ( as per need) | |
2 cup | Milk |
50 g | Pasta[can be any variety] |
2 tsp | Ghee ( for toasting cashews) |
1 tbsp | Coconut (grated) (dry dessicated can be used) |
6 nos | Raisins |
6 nos | Cashew |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in boiling water.drain the water when pasta is soft and cooked.┬а Heat a tawa, add ghee and fry cashews, raisins. Remove and keep aside when it turns golden. ┬аBoil the milk without water and add the drained pasta, cardomon, grated coconut and sugar (as required) into boiling milk.┬а Stir for a min and switch off.┬а ┬аAdd the fried nuts and raisins into payasam.┬а Yummy pasta payasam is readyтАж.

Good one Bakya, i also prepare payasam with pasta but with angel’s hair pasta, as they will ressembles quite as our vermicelli…
