Cabbage pakoda

Description

A crispy snack for teatime .Children will enjoy a lot. Quickly prepared for surprised guests.
Ingredients
1 cup Cabbage (shredded)
¾ cup Besan
1 tsp Chilli powder
Salt
Oil

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients by sprinkling water not pouring (important point otherwise it will become soggy) .Then deep fry batch by batch.

Notes

I have given 3/4th cup besan(gramflour) ,but we can adjust the quantity of the flour while mixing. Good snack, easy to prepare for teatime

    Ingredients say 3 cup besan, but at the end of the recipe you mentioned 3/4th cup. Please modify wherever necessary.
