Its very easy to make  This mild north Indian dish is served with naan or paratha.

      Anitha,

Tomato paste is very concentrated, try to use a couple of tsp diluted in water. Check the taste, if its not too sour, then add some more.

    Hi mullai,
I tried this recipe. i used two cup of tomato puree too.the taste was more like tomato puree.
    i think 1 or 11/2 cup of puree gives better taste.thank U

Anup, try using canned tomatoes(whole, diced, plum), they seemed to be little sweet, suits well for this recipe. Anyways thanks.

In all my recipes its always 1 cup =  8 oz. If there is a change, I shall post it under my recipe in the additional info block.
