Description

ceasy food quick to prepare
Ingredients
2 cup Atta
2 nos Tomatoes
2 nos Onion medium ( chopped finely)
2 no Green chili (finely chopped)
2 stks Curry leaves
2 tsp Kadalai parupu
2 tsp Mustard seed
1 stks Coriander leaves (chopped )

Instructions

chop the onion and tomatoes finely

  • take a pan put oil
  • add mustard
  • add kadalai paruppu
  • add onion fry till golden brown
  • add tomatoes
  • add curry leaves and coriander leaves
  • add salt

then fry till gravy allow it to cool

add cup of water

put atta make in the form of paste

add water accordingly

heat the tava

sprinkle water

add one palm ful of paste

spread in the form of chapathi

cook well on both the side

and serve hot along with curd or coconut chutney

Notes

can add urad dal

can use butter ghee instead of oil
