Palak Pakoda

Description

Palak pakoda is a good teatime snack.
Ingredients
1 cup Shredded palak
½ cup Besan
pinch Turmeric powder
½ tsp Chilli powder
Salt to taste
Oil (for deep frying)

Instructions

In the ingredients I have given half cup besan ,even we can add little more if needed. Wash the palak and shred it .In a bowl take the palak ,besan, chilli powder, haldi, salt and mix (NO WATER) ,if u think it is too dry then only water should be SPRINKLED. Deep fry it batch by batch.

Notes

Can be had with rice also.
