Ingredients
3 nos Potato (boiled and mashed)
2 nos Green chilli
stks Corianderleaves
tsp Chilli powder
tsp Turmerc powder
1 tsp Salt
4 tsp Ghee/oil

Instructions

wash boil and mash the potatoes removing the cover

add oil in the pan to that add green chilly,half spoon each of turmeric and chilli powder

add mashed potatoes and salt mix well add coriander leaves

make ball of this mixture

flatten the bal in the shape of bangle

heat taka add oil /ghee and shallow fry round tikka on either side till golden brown colour

serve with tomato sauce or pudina chutney
