Tofu Balls…we know very well r else heard about tofus…but after a long search, i found out that tofus r two types, one is firm tofus can do dishes r soups by frying them n another one is Silken tofus can do desserts with this tofu…here is used firm tofus to make these balls..its can be a sidedish for rice dishes r else a very good evening snacks with ketchup..Kids will love always the fried items..as tofus r hard to feed, i tried this method and its worked out well…

But with tofu what difference can be done ?The same masala, fry…..
suddenly an idea flashed in my mind , why cant we make a biryani with tofu ?
So started preparing my culinary experiment with tofu .
Kale greens are highly nutritious vegetable relating to the wild cabbage family. Fresh kale leaves when sauteed and seasoned in our Indian style taste similar to that of Murungai keerai (Drumstick leaves). They also blend well with few veggie combination and Potato stands number one among them. This subzi is all about potato pairing with greens and stir-fried.

Uppu Seedai..tasty savoury snacks,usually made during Krishna Jayanthi..tiny balls which make slightly freaky while deep frying,coz its splutter..finish all those rumours..will guaranty 100%…they wont splutter.There r two varieties of seedais, one is uppu seedai r kaara seedai n another one is vella seedai, i did Kaara(uppu) seedais.Here we go..
