Get your food processor to work, knead the chapati dough (slightly on the wet side) – refrigerate or make it right away. Making the chapati/roti dough, slightly on the wet side (like a sticky feel texture) + letting it sit for 15 to 20 minutes then make your rotis. This way you will yield soft rotis.
