Crispy Bread Vadai.. a very crispy snack for evening, will be very tasty with ketchup r thenga chutney.

| 10 slice | Bread |
| ¾ cup | Rice flour |
| 1 no | Onion ( chopped) |
| 1 no | Carrot (grated) |
| 3 nos | Green chillies |
| 1 tsp | Fennel seed powder |
| ½ tsp | Baking soda |
| 5 nos | Curry leaves |
| Cilantro leaves | |
| Salt as per taste | |
| Oil for deep frying | |
| ½ cup | Water |
Instructions
Grind the bread slices into small pieces..
Add chopped onions,grated carrot,baking powder, salt, coriander n curry leaves n rice flour with the grinded bread pieces..mix everything well n smash a little bit the veggies n add water to form as vada batter..
Leave this batter for 10 minutes..
Dont keep this batter in fridege, fry it immediately.Heat oil for deepfry n fry as we do for vadais.Dont fry until they turns too red coz they may be very dry while eating, fry until they turns slightly red.Drain the excess of oil in paper towel.
Serve with ketchup..it will be very crispy..
Notes
Can do this even for lunch, will be slightly similar to pakodas..
Can add chopped ginger, but its optional..
Kids will like it very much..whoever bored of usual vadais, can give a trial to this recipe..
