Sunday is always a special day.. usually we do something special on these day,mutton always plays an important role in sunday specials,when i was kid my mom used to do this dish for briyani, thought to do the same n i did mutton gravy n egg toast..we all liked it much, this is one of my mom's special recipe, would like to share with u all…it may seems quite long to do, but worth to try…can give a trial…
Mutton Kuzhambu, a sunday special dish goes well with plain rice r any other briyani dishes…i did as ppl do in villages, this is a special gravy of my grandma, learned from her i changed certain ingredients according to my taste..with a hand full of vegetables this gravy will be more tasty n have a very good flavour coz of roasted grinded mix of poppy seeds n fennel seeds…Here we go
