| 300 g | Tofu |
| 1 no | Onion(chopped ) |
| 1 no | Tomato (chopped) |
| 3 no | Green chilli |
| ½ tsp | Mustard seed |
| ½ tsp | Split black gram (ullundu) |
| ½ tsp | Channa dhal(kadalai paruppu) |
| ½ tsp | Pepper powder |
| 3 nos | Curry leaves |
| Salt(as per taste) |
Instructions
Smash tofu with ur fingers but dont smash very small pieces..
Heat oil in a pan..splutter mustardseeds,ulundu n kadala parupu..add now onion n stir it..add green chillies with the chopped onion.. stir together until onions turns transparent..add chopped tomato n smash it..let them cook for sometimes..
Add smashed tofu n salt with onion n tomato mix n stir it well for 10 minutes..add pepper powder n put off the stove..never add water in this recipe, if u want to be more spicy add pepper powder a little bit instead of green chillies.
Tofu podimaas is ready to serve…
