A spicy Chettinadu vegetarian dish that will go with any roti or rice dish.
|1 kg||Mushroom cleaned and cut into half|
|2 stks||Curry leaves|
|2 no||Onion finely chopped|
|1 nos||Green chilly|
|2 tsp||Fennel seed (perumjeeragam)|
|1 T||Ginger garlic paste|
|1 T||Pepper powder|
|Salt to taste|
|Coriander leaves to garnish|
Heat 2 tsp of oil. Add fennel and wait for it to splutter. Add curry leaves. add 2 finely chopped onion and fry till soft.
Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the aroma comes. Add the cleaned mushrooms cut into halves.
add pepper powder,1 green chilly, salt to taste and mix well.
add little water for the mushroom to cook. cook till the water reduces.
Sprinkle coriander andserve hot with roti or any rice dish.
