      oh thank u ramya…yeah if the oil is not heat enough it bcomes like tht….we have to fry it in medium flame….

    Thanks for sharing your creative version of seedai. two weeks back I tried Priya’s seedai, it came out too good. Seedai is one item I will try often. will try ur version too.

      illa pa..seedai vedikkadhu…till now my mom used to make seedai, naan vedichhe partha illa. cos.. she used to spread a cloth or paper and put all seedai in tht so tht the water is absorbed and u can put in oil and fry .promise kandippa vedikkadhu…
