Mulangi Paneer Paratha/ Paneer Paratha/ Cheesy Radish Paneer Paratha
|1 cup||White radish(grated)|
|2 cup||Wheat flour|
|1 tsp||Garam masala powder|
|1 tsp||Red chilli powder|
|Salt as per need|
Take a large bowl, add the grated radish n add half a teaspoon of red chilli powder with salt..mix everything n keep aside, radish may leave water, may be helpful to knead the dough later…after few minutes u may notice that radish would have left some water, drain the water..seive maida n wheat flour together n add this flour to the radish, add the garam masala, red chilli powder, grated ginger,grated paneer, yogurt n salt as per need..knead everything as a dough,it will be slightly sticky, add if need radish water while kneading..keep aside for half an hour..
Divide the dough into 12 to 14 balls, dust with enough maida n flatten them as parathas, the dough may be sticky, so dont bother to dust with maida..make every balls as parathas, heat a tawa n add one tsp of oil n cook each parathas slowly, turning them on both sides until they turns brownish..mix ghee with oil while cooking..
Tasty n healthy Radish n Paneer Parathas r ready to serve, serve them with any choice of chutney..
