|1 bunch||Corriander leaves for garnishing|
|Oil for deep frying|
|Salt (as per taste)|
|1 kg||Chicken breast fillet|
Cut the chicken Breast into small cubes or as per desired shape.
Half boil the chicken, and allow to cool. meanwhile prepare the batter.
mix the corn flour, break one egg , chilli powder and salt beat the mixture until you get a smooth consistency.
keep the kadai in the stove and heat the oil, once the oil is ready, mix the chicken in the batter(Paster) and put in oil , do this one by one…. don't put all the chicken in the batter as the chicken will change the batter consistency.
once the chicken is done remove it from heat and garnish with chopped corriander.
If you want to store this keep in a air tight container otherwise the crispyness will be lost.
