|1 cup||Raw rice (pachai arisi)|

|2 tsp||Asafoetida powder|
|1 T||Coconut (grated)|
|1 no||Onion ( chopped)|
|2 strands||Curry leaves (chopped)|
|Salt to taste|
|Oil for frying|
soak channa dhal, toor dhal, urad dhal, rice in water for more than 5 hours.
Drain the water and add the red chilli,salt and asafoedita and grind coarsely. add very little water for grinding.
Take a bowl change the ground mixture from the mixie add the onion and ghee
heat the oil, pour little hot oil to the mixture.
mix the mixture nicely, drop little by little to the hot oil. no shapes is required. deep fry till golden brown.
serve it hot with the tomato sauce. yummy & crispy kunuku is ready for taste.
