So i started collecting information from various food blogs and came up with the fried rice below, which was a sure winner !!
|2 cup||Basmati rice|
|1 cup||Carrot chopped finely|
|1 cup||Beans chopped finely|
|1½ cup||Red and grreen capsicum chopped finely|
|2 cup||Spring onion chopped fienely|
|1 cup||Cabbage chopped finely|
|2 tbsp||Onions bulbs from the spring onions chopped finely|
|1 tbsp||Garlic chopped finely|
|1 tbsp||White vinegar|
|1 tsp||Soya sauce|
|1 tbsp||Sesame oil|
|Salt and fresh pepper to taste|
In the same wok heat the sesame oil(this oil gives the lovely flavour) and add the rice and mix it with a fork on medium heat till get warm. Now start adding the fried vegetables and mix thoroughly. Add in the ajinomoto, ketchep, soya sauce and vinegar and mix again. Check for salt and pepper and adjust accordingly.
Remove from fire and serve hot with anything you please
