Healthy Dosa

Description

Tired of eating the same old dosa. i tried to perk it with some veggies to make it look appealing as well as nutritious…..
Ingredients
1 cup Dosa batter
3 Brocolli florets
1 Carrot (grated)
Salt as per taste
For frying
2 tsp Idli milagai podi

Instructions

Take the batter in a bowl, add finely chopped brocolli, grated carrots, salt if required and mix well. Make dosa on pan,sprinkle idli milagai podi on top, add little oil to roast till golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with ginger chutney.
