|3 can||Garbanzo beans (konda kadalai)|
|1 tsp||Aamchur powder|
|1 T||Grated coconut|
|1 tsp||Idly podhi|
|1 tsp||Mustard and cumin seeds|
Cook The cans of Garbanzo beans in cooker for 10 minutes.
Not more than that is required as the Garbanzo cans in US are already half soaked and soft. Strain the water out when cooker is cooled.
season mustards, cumin seeds, Add chopped chillies, ginger(optional). Add Beans, coconut.
Mix well for 1 minute. Add amcur powder, idly podi and fry for another minute.
Remove from flame and serve hot with Masala Tea.
