Fish Cutlet is a Indian recipe prepared with fish. It is served with rice and sambar or curd rice.
|2 slice||Fish(salmon or any fish)|
|1||Onion (medium size finely chopped)|
|1 tsp||Cumin seeds|
|2 strands||Curry leaves (finely chopped)|
|1 tsp||Chilli podwer|
|2||Green chili (finely chopped)|
|1||Eggs (lightly beaton with litlle salt)|
Take the fish add 1 Teaspoon chilli powder,5 curry leaves,cumin seeds, salt and mix well. Keep the fish over a pan of hot water for steaming.Allow it to cool then remove the bones and grind it.Take a bowl beat the eggs with finely chopped onions,Curry leaves and salt.Now add fish to it and mix well.Take a skillet pour 2 table spoons of oil deep fry the cutlet on both sides.Served with curd rice and sambar rice.
