    Very Good recipie…so simple and very tasty!

    As an alternative suggestion..if you feel adventurous…I tried something a little different but the result was good. what i did was add some Dry Masala (2xgreen cardamom, 1″ Ciniman Stick, 2xwhole Black pepper, 1/4 tsp cumin seeds and 2xblack Cloves) along with the onions when frying, also put in one Green Chilli Sliced length ways and de-seeded. Then at the very end after the eggs were added I put in a pinch of Garm masala with a flick of vinegar, be sure to add about 1-2 tblspoons of warm water to prevent the sauce sticking. And as a tip, use a sharp nife to make about 6 little insertions around the length of the egg – just about 3mm in. Very good!
