Egg Curry

Description

Simple egg curry
Ingredients
2 nos Eggs
1 no Onion
1 no Tomato
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander/dhania powder
1 pinch Turmeric powder
¼ tsp Salt
4 tsp Oil
4 stks Coriander leaves

Instructions

Hard boil eggs, remove the shell and keep aside. Heat oil saute chopped onions and ginger garlic paste for few minutes then add chopped tomatoes along with turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Cook the curry until the oil separates. Then the boiled eggs, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
