|1 kg||Chicken (1/2 kg approx, cut into small pieces)|
|2 cnt||Onion (finely chopped)|
|8 clove||Garlic (finely minced)|
|3 cnt||Green chili (finely chopped)|
|1 tsp||Soya sauce|
|1 tsp||Ajinomoto (optional)|
|Salt according to taste|
|ml||Oil for deep frying|
|2 tsp||Pepper powder|
|2 tbsp||Corn flour / starch|
First in a bowl add chicken,eggs,corn starch,pepper powder, salt,chilli sauce.soya sauce and marinate for an hour or so.
Heat oil in a wok, and deep fry the marinated chicken untill golden brown.
In a pan add some oil, add finely chopped garlic, fry for a min add green chillies,onions fry till golden brown.and vinegar,salt, ajinomoto and a spoon of soya sauce and 2 spoons of chilli sauce and 2 spoons of corn starch and stir for 3 to 4 min, until it forms a thick gravy.
Then add the fried chicken pieces in it and mix well.At the end add the capsicum.
Serve hot with schezwan sauce.
Goes very well with chinese fried rice.
