|2 cup||Vegetables(carrot,potatoes,brocoli florets, mushrooms n green bell peper)|
|½ cup||Low fat cream|
|2 tsp||Corn flour|
|Salt as per taste|
|1 tsp||Pepper powder|
|2 tsp||Olive oil|
Cut the vegetables into pieces(as lengthwise)..heat oil in a pan..add the onion n stir it until its turns transculent..add carrots,mushrooms n chicken pieces let them cook for 5 minutes, now add potatoes,brocoli florets n green bell pepper pieces…as potatoes, brocoli n bell pepper cook soon,shouldnt add them earlier…n stir everything for while..
Add the cream, salt n pepper powder to the chicken n veggies..mix them well n once the cream get warm add 2 cups of water n let them cook until the chicken n vegetables r cooked, can adjust ur sauce by adding more water r less..its upto ur wish…
Once chicken pieces r cooked…make a thick batter with cornflour n water, add the batter to the sauce..cook for 2 minutes until the sauce get thickens..
Yummy n tasty Chicken n veggie sauce is ready to serve with pastas..Can granish with parsley.
