Chicken gravy

Description

Chicken 1/4kg
Ginger (crushed)
Garlic (crushed)
Curry Leaves
Big Onion (finely sliced)
Tomato 1 (finely chopped)

Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Chilli powder 2 tbsp
Dhania powder 2 tbsp
Jeera powder 1tbsp
Salt

For fry:

Fennel seeds
Star anise
Cloves
Cinnamon

Preparation:

Cook chicken with Ginger, Chilli powder, dhania powder, turmeric powder, salt, 1 glass of water in the pressure cooker.

Make sure that there is half glass of water after cooking.

Take 5 tbsp of oil in a pan and add the frying items and add onion and crushed garlic and curry leaves. Add tomato and Saute for 5minutes, then add the chicken with the soup and saute. Switch off the stove when it comes to a thick gravy.

Goes well with rice.
