Serve fresh tasty salad into two mins
|2 no||Grated carrots|
|1 cup||Sprouted greengrams|
|1 no||Finely chopped capcicum|
|1 no||Grated ginger|
|1 cup||Grated coconut|
|1 tsp||Lime juice|
|1 tbsp||Corainder leaves (chopped for garnishing)|
|1 tsp||Curry leaves (chopped)|
Soak the green grams a day in advance. After it is soaked, drain away the water and tie it in a wet cloth and hang it. this will give sprouts soon.
Mix all the ingredients and add salt and seasoning to taste.
