Bread sandwich

Description

Its a easy and evening snacks like so u can do this in evening for ur child who comes all the way from school , …….
Ingredients
Bread slices
Garam masala
Chilli powder
Cashew nut pieces
Groundnuts
Curry leaves ( little) (chopped)
Coriander (finely chopped)
Lemon
Ginger garlic paste
Peas
Potato boiled
Spring onion
Capsicum

Instructions

1) First take all the ingredients ready for this dish

2) Take 5 to 6 pieces of bread slices without the corner crumbs ,

3) Put 1 or two tblespoon of oil in the pan and with that add garam masala , to that ,

4) After then add the chopped carrot, beans, cabbage, capsicum , spring onion ,boiled potatoes and peas,  and other vegetables which u want to add more according to ur taste

5) Saute it till it gets cooked well , semi cooking is also good for health so cook according to ur taste,

6) Now add chilli powder and salt according to ur taste ,

7) Now add the cashew nuts and ground nuts

8) Then finely with the curry leaves and coriander leaves

9) Saute well till all gets cooked and now put the bread pieces within this mix and then saute well till it becomes golden color,

10) So serve hot as u wish with squeezed lemon

Notes

U can also use ur own choices of vegetables and instead of chilli powder u can add green chillies , … and also if u want fry cashew and bread in ghee and then add within that mix
