|1½ cup||Wheat flour (chapathi flour)|
|½ cup||Bread flour (can substitute with all purpose flour too)|
|2 nos||Ripe banana (mashed)|
|½ cup||Olive oil|
|1 cup||Sugar (powdered)|
|1 tsp||Baking soda|
|Pinch of salt|
|2 T||Chopped nuts(silvered almonds, cashews)|
|2 tsp||Vanilla extract|
Preheat the oven:
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Making bread dough:
With a wooden spoon, mix oil into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in. Add the flours last and mix. Mix in chopped nuts and raisins.
Pour mixture into a buttered loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour(Till the tooth pick come out clean). Cool on a rack. Remove from pan and slice to serve.
