| 2 cup | Milk |
| 50 g | Pasta[can be any variety] |
| 2 tsp | Ghee ( for toasting cashews) |
| 1 tbsp | Coconut (grated) (dry dessicated can be used) |
| 6 nos | Raisins |
| 6 nos | Cashew |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in boiling water.drain the water when pasta is soft and cooked. Heat a tawa, add ghee and fry cashews, raisins. Remove and keep aside when it turns golden. Boil the milk without water and add the drained pasta, cardomon, grated coconut and sugar (as required) into boiling milk. Stir for a min and switch off. Add the fried nuts and raisins into payasam. Yummy pasta payasam is ready….
