Instructions
Cut paneer into cubes and soak in warm water until use.
Tip - rather than shallow frying soaking in warm water helps to keep the paneer soft and moist during the cooking process.
Alternate method : - Coat paneer in a light cornstarch batter mixed with salt and pepper and can be shallow fried in oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Heat oil in a stir fry pan. Maintain medium high flame.
Fry minced garlic, ginger and green chilies.
Add onion and green capsicum and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Drain all the water from the paneer and add it to the onion and peppers.
Add salt and cook.
Add black pepper powder and stir fry over high medium flame for 2 minutes.
Garnish with curry and coriander leaves.
Give a quick stir fry and turn off the heat!
Serve as a starter or use as a stuffing for chapati roll or wrap!
