Ingredients

Cashew nuts

Instructions
Make a fine powder with cashew nuts.
Take a Kadai or a non stick pan . Melt sugar in water.
Keep the flame at medium high and heat the sugar until it comes to a vigorous boil.
Start checking for one thread string by pressing between your index and thumb finger.
Add the powdered cashews and stir until it rolls into a soft ball.
Add a teaspoon of ghee while stirring and turn it off once it starts to leave the sides.
Transfer the mixture to a greased parchment paper and knead while its still warm by placing another sheet on top or use a flat spatula.
Once it reaches a soft non sticky dough, roll it our and cut into diamond shapes.
Let it cool completely before storing in an air-tight box.
Enjoy! Keeps good for 2 weeks at room temperature!
