Ingredients
6mediumChicken Lollipop
1/4tspTurmeric powder
1tspRed Chili powderhot variety, add 1 tsp extra for spicy version
1tspKashmiri Red Chili powderfor color
1tspCoriander powder
1/2tsp Black pepper powder
1/4tspGaram Masala powder
1tspSalt
1tspGinger Garlic paste
1tbspPlain yogurt
1tbspLemon juice
2tbspOil
Optional Ingredients
1tspOilfor brushing
1pinchOrange food color
1pinchMSG
Instructions
Pat the chicken lollipop with a paper towel to dry.
Take them in a bowl or plate. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, salt, yogurt, lemon juice and oil.
Mix to combine and coat the masala all over the chicken pieces.
Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to soak up the flavors. Few hours or overnight preferred.
Pre heat air fryer to 350F for 5 minutes.
Place the chicken in the fryer basket of the air fryer.
Cook at 350F for 15 minutes turning once or give it slightly toss.
Brush with some oil or melted butter.
Now, set temperature to 400F and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
