Ingredients

Instructions
Heat oil in pan.
Temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves and cumin seeds.
Add in ginger garlic paste and fry in oil for few minutes.
Add sliced mushroom and saute along with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.
Stir fry to cook the masala powders for few minutes.
When mushroom starts to release water, add in black pepper powder and fry for few more minutes or until the masala thickens. Switch off!
Serve as side for rice or roti!
Notes
Adding freshly ground black pepper powder enhances the taste and also adds in extra punch to heat.
You may use any mushroom of choice.
