1teaspoonGram flour / Kadalai maavu / Besan flour
1/2teaspoonRed Chilli powder
1/4teaspoonTurmeric powder
1/4teaspoonBlack pepper powdercoarsely crushed
1tablespoonOnionfinely chopped
1eachGreen Chillichopped
1/4teaspoonGinger Garlic paste or finely minced
1tablespoonCoriander leaveschopped
2leavesCurry leaveschopped

Instructions
Boil eggs in enough water, peel and cut them into half and keep them aside.
Beat an egg, whisk in along with gram flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and salt. Beat until well blend to remove any lumps from the flour.
Add in chopped onions, green chillies, ginger garlic, coriander and curry leaves.
Heat oil in a frying pan and dip each halved egg in this mixture to coat it all over and place it on the tawa.
Cook one side until it firms up a bit and then flip to the other side and cook until coating becomes crisp. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Remove and serve as an evening snack or as a side dish with any meal.
