Instructions
Heat up the instant pot starting with SAUTE MODE
Season with cumin seeds and fennel seeds. Saute onion, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes for 10 minutes until well browned.
Add chicken along with turmeric powder and salt. Saute for few minutes.
Add in red chilli paste and mix it along and fry for few minutes.
Add in water and coconut milk to the chicken mix. CANCEL SAUTE MODE
Put the lid on, seal the pressure valve.
Manually select PRESSURE COOK MODE and set at HIGH PRESSURE for 15 minutes.
When done, let the pressure release naturally.
Gently mix and garnish with coriander leaves & curry leaves.
