Description

1.ADD SHREDDED CABBAGE,CARROT,  SALT , 2 PINCHES OF AJINOMOTO.

2.TO THIS ADD HALF TBSP OF SOY SAUCE AND 1 TABLE SPOON OF REDCHILLI TOMATO SAUCE.

3.TO THIS ADD 5 TABLE SPOONS OF MAIDA AND 5 TABLE SPOONS OF CORN FLOUR.MIX ALL THESE IN TO A THICK BATTER. NO NEED TO ADD WATER.

4.MAKE GOLF BALL SIZE AND DEEP FRY THEM TILL THEY TURN DARK GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR.

5.PLACE THEM ON A PAPER TOWEL AND LET THEM COOL.

6.ADD 3 TABLE SPOONS OF COOKING OIL TO THE PAN AND HEAT THEN ADD 2 CUT GREEN CHILLIES .

7.ADD ONIONS AND SAUTE THEM FOR 2 TO 3 MIN. ADD CELERY, GREEN ONIONS, CUT GINGER.

8.SAUTE THEM FOR ANOTHER 3 MIN THEN ADD HALF TBSP  GREEN CHILLI SAUCE FRY FOR 30 SECS THEN ADD HALF TBSP  SOYA SAUCE AND 2 TBSP RED CHILI TOMATO SAUCE

9.ADD SALT TO TASTE , ADD  HALF TBSP AJINOMATO AND 1 SPOON SUGAR.

10.STIR FOR FEW MIN. FOR EXTRA GRAVY MIX 1 TBSP OF CORN FLOUR TO HALF CUP COLD WATER THEN ADD IT TO THE MIX.

11.ADD FRIED MANCHURIA TO THE MIX AND SIMMER FOR 2 MIN .

12.VEGGIE MANCHURIA IS READY TO SERVE.
