Vegetable biryani

Description

1.Vegetables are inculcated in this dish, which is good for people who don't take vegetables. `
Ingredients-1
2 cup Basmati rice
Ingredients-2
1 cup Coconut grated
Ingredients-3
150 g Beans
150 g Carrot
1 no Onion
1 cup Green peas
1 cup Mint leaves (chopped)
1 cup Coriander leaves
Ingredients-4
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
4 nos Tomato
11 tsp R.chilli powder
1 no G.chilli
Ingredients-5
1 cup Oil
1 inch Cinnamon stick
2 nos Cardamon
2 nos Cloves

Instructions

1.In a pressure cooker pour oil and fry the above mentioned masalas.

2.When it turns colour add the group 3 vegetables and fry for 2 minutes.

3.Now add the group 4 ing. and fry for another minute.

4.Now add the rice,salt and continue with the same process.

5.Lastly pour the coconut milk,required water and close lid and cook.

6.When done garnish with coriander leaves and serve with raitha.

Notes

To be kept aside

1.Grind the tomatoes.

2.Wetgrind grated coconut and strain milk adding 11/2cup of water.

3.Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
