Sago and potato cutlet

Description

Sago and potato cutlet.

Ingredients
1 no Potato
1 cup Sago
½ cup Peanuts (pounded)
1 no Red chilli (crushed)
4 stks Corrainder leaves (chopped)
1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
3 cup Oil (for deep frying)

Instructions

soak sago in water and strain water after 1/2 an hour and keep aside.This should be done, 6 hours before cooking.

1.Boil potato,remove skin and mash it.

2.Mix together the mashed potato, soaked sago,pounded groundnut,chopped R.chillies,coriander leaves,salt.

3.Make small balls of the mixture and flatten it to form chops.

4.Now deep fry the chops and serve hot.
