This dish with made with mutton and spinach leaves.This is a popular south indian dish.

| 500 g | Mutton |
| 1 bunch | Spinach leaves(palak) |
| 3 T | Oil |
| 3 nos | Onions – paste |
| 1 tsp | Ginger paste |
| 1 tsp | Garlic paste |
| 2 T | Tomato puree |
| 1 tsp | Cumin powder |
| 1 tsp | Dhania powder |
| 1 tsp | Red chilli powder |
| 1 pinch | Garam masala powder |
| 2 tsp | Salt |
| 3 stks | Coriander leaves- for garnishing |
Instructions
Boil the spinach leaves(palak)and grind it to a fine paste.Then grind the onions in a mixer into a thick paste.Heat oil in a kadai, and add the onion paste and fry until they become golden brown.Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the mutton pieces,red chilli powder and salt and stir well for few minutes.Now add the cumin powder,dhania/coriander powder, tomato puree and the ground spinach(palak).Now reduce the heat and cover and cook for about 6 to 7 minutes,stirring occassionally until the mutton is tender and done.Sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with cilantro(coriander leaves)and serve hot with boiled rice.
