| 1 | Apple[medium sized] |
| 1 | Banana |
| 2 | Avocado (ripe) |
| 1 cup | Orange juice |
| cup | Milk (2 %) |
| Water ( as per need) | |
| 4 T | Sugar (as per taste) |
| Honey (optional) |
Instructions
Slice the apples,avocados and banana
Blend the sliced fruits with sugar,orange juice and milk in a blender. Add little water if you need a little thin consistency.
Serve up the smoothie in a glass with ice and on top of it drizzle honey(optional)
If you are planning this for dessert you can make it rich by blending this with some vanilla icecream
