| 1 cup | Radish pieces |
| 1 no | Onion chopped |
| 1 no | Tomato chopped |
| 2 no | Green chillies (can decrease as u wish) |
| 2 nos | Red chillies |
| 1 tsp | Ginger pieces |
| 1 tsp | Garlic pods |
| ¼ tsp | Mustard seeds |
| ¼ tsp | Urad dal |
| 5 nos | Curry leaves |
| Salt as per taste | |
| 3 tsp | Oil |
Instructions
Heat 1 tsp of oil, add green chillies, red chillies, ginger pieces, garlic pods to the oil n stir them continously until they turns brownish..now add the chopped onions followed by chopped tomatoes..cook them well until they r well smashed, now add the radish pieces to the onion n tomato mix..cook everything well with the lid closed..stir them occasionally…keep aside n let them cool…grind the cooked vegetables with salt n with half cup of water in a food processor coarsely…heat oil in a pan n add the mustard seeds n urad dal with curry leaves, let them splutters…add the coarsely grounded mix n stir them continously for a while..put off the stove n serve as side with Idlies, dosais as well as with chappathis..This chutney will ressembles like thuvaiyal..
