Instructions
Cooked Rice
Pudhina – 2
Channa Dal -1/2 Cup
Red Chilly -5/6
Ghee-2 Tbs
Salt to taste
Heat Oil in the Frying Pan.
Fry Channa Dal and Red Chilly with the oil in the frying pan.
Once this is fried add pudhina leaves also.
After 2-3 mins remove the pan from the stove.
After 5 mins grind this paste.
Add the paste to the cooked rice with salt and ghee.
Serve it Hot.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
