| 1 tsp | Pepper corns |
| 1 no | Onion (cut lengthwise) |
| 2 stks | Coriander and mint leaves chopped |
| 2 no | Green chili (finely chopped) |
| 1 tsp | Butter |
| 1 tsp | Almonds [paste] |
| 1 tsp | Cahewnuts [paste] |
| 1 tsp | Chironji [paste] |
| 2 pinch | Saffron |
| 5 cup | Water (for pressure cooking) |
| Salt (as per taste) | |
| 1 tsp | Lemon juice |
Instructions
In a pressure cooker put mutton pieces ,ginger garlic paste,coriander ,mint leaves ,pepper corns ,green chillies,andwater . now cook the meat for 10 to 15 min till the meat is soft. after opening the cooker keep it on low flame ,add paste of almonds,cashew,chironji. now add lemon juice, butter,and saffron. garnish it with chopped coriander .
Notes
This is served wth kulchas or rumali roti.
