Heat oil and butter, season with cumin seeds and dry crushed fenugreek leaves.
Saute onions with green chillies until lightly brown. Add in ginger garlic paste and saute along until the onion turns shiny and crispy.
Now add in pureed tomatoes along with sugar, turmeric powder, kashmir chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt. Saute well for few minutes.
If using uncooked green peas, you may add it at this stage.
Close and lock the pressure release. Cancel saute mode and switch to high pressure cook mode and set timer for 15 minutes.
Let it cook and let the pressure release naturally. Open the pot, add in fresh cubed paneer and cooked green peas.
Add in finely ground cashew power followed by cream.
Switch back to saute mode and simmer the gravy until it thickens. Turn off once the desired consistency is reached.
