1/4teaspoonSalt
1/4teaspoonTurmeric powder
2cupsWater

1/4teaspoonTurmeric powder
1/2teaspoonBlack pepper powder
1/4teaspoonGaram masala powder
1/4teaspoonAsafoetida powder
1/2teaspoonSalt
1tablespoonWater
3tablespooOilfor pan frying
5eachCurry leaveschopped
Instructions
Peel the raw banana skin and slice them about 1/4 inch thickness.
Boil them in water for 3 minutes along with salt and turmeric powder or until tender but firm.
Once done, drain all the water and coat the cooked raw banana with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, asafoetida, garam masala and salt by sprinkling some water.
Heat oil in a wide frying pan and place the masala coated slices.Fry them over low medium flame for about 3 minutes on each side or until browned well.
When done, garnish with chopped curry leaves and switch off!
