Boneless mutton-1/4 kg
Ginger garlic paste-1/2 tsp
Salt -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Curry leaves-1/2 cup
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
1.Wash mutton pieces and strain water.
2.Now cut the pieces in to small bits and half cook the mutton adding 1 cup water
3.Strain water and cut the mutton peices into small bits.
4. Mix it with the above ing. and shallow fry in oil till crisp.
