|1 cup||Moong dal(pachai payiru)|
|2 tsp||Idli rice|
|2 tsp||Ginger (chopped)|
|3 no||Green chilli(chopped)|
|2 stks||Coriandre leaves|
Soak moongdal n rice for atleast 3 hours…Grind both moongdal n rice ..while grinding add chopped ginger, chopped green chillies n coriandre leaves..grind everything coarsely n add salt..batter should be as dosai batter…
Take a ladle full of moongdal batter n make them as dosais, no need of fermentation..can keep them in Fridge without any problem after grinding them…Some may add chopped onions to the batter mix, its really optional..
