Okra coated with flour and deep fried. Recipe source from Kalpanas corner, (crispy ladys finger) modified a bit to suit my taste.
|2 tbsp||Gram flour|
|1 tbsp||Rice flour|
|¼ tsp||Red chilli powder|
|3 pinch||Salt (or to taste)|
|1 cup||Oil (for deep frying)|
Do not add any water, it will make mixing difficult. Okra when washed will have some water sticking to it,which is sufficient enough to coat with masala.
