Okra coated with flour and deep fried. Recipe source from Kalpanas corner, (crispy ladys finger) modified a bit to suit my taste.| Ingredients | |

| 10 nos | Okra |
| 2 tbsp | Gram flour |
| 1 tbsp | Rice flour |
| ¼ tsp | Red chilli powder |
| 3 pinch | Salt (or to taste) |
| 1 cup | Oil (for deep frying) |
Notes
Do not add any water, it will make mixing difficult. Okra when washed will have some water sticking to it,which is sufficient enough to coat with masala.

One more idea for this recipe is we can also deep fry the whole ladies finger instead of cutting in to pieces….that will really taste yummy…
