Heat oil in a pan, splutter finely chopped curry leaves, fry the onions till soft then add the cauliflower florets along with turmeric powder, crushed pepper corns and salt. Sprinkle the water over it and , cover and cook the veggie till soft. Try to mash it with a spatula and let cool. Using the above link, follow the paratha making process and stuff with this filling and finish the dish.











Tried it out over the weekend after a loong time….I grated the cauliflower in a carrot grater. It tasted out of the world…Thanks for this recipe…:)
