Ginger chutney

Description

Tired of having the same idli milagai podi, onion tomato chutney for dosa? Try this chutney and it will ease out the digestion too…

Ingredients
1 inch Ginger
1 T Urad dal
1½ T Chana dal
1 Green chilli
2 Dry red chilli
2 clove Garlic
1 Tamarind (lemon size)
2 T Jaggery
¼ cup Water
3 tsp Oil

Instructions

Heat 1tsp oil in a pan, add dals and saute. Add red chilli, green chilli. garlic and saute. Keep aside. Heat 2tsp oil, add ginger and saute. Cool. Grind with imli, jaggery, water and salt. Add tadka if needed. Serve with hot dosa and idli….
